Comparison of the effectiveness of giving warm compresses and cold compresses in handling dysmenorrhea: Systematic review

Dysmenorrhea is the onset of pain during menstruation. More than 50% women reproductive age in world experiencing dysmenorrhea. In Indonesia, 54.89% experienced primary dysmenorrhea, 9.36% secondary dysmenorrhea with more half (64.8%) feeling disturbed and decreased activity.
